We would just like to thank you once again for helping us to organise such an amazing wedding. Everything was perfect - thanks in no small way to your efforts.
Adam and Kwanpat now live in Australia but had met when they both lived in London and wanted to host their wedding back here.
The Wedding
As we had sufficient time, and they were able to meet the residency requirements, they opted for a civil ceremony and settled on Two Temple Place for the first part of their wedding. I had also pitched the Silver Barracuda to them as a venue option, and as they loved it as much, decided they would host an evening party on it.
Purple is a lucky colour in the Thai culture and Kwanpat wanted to include it in the colour scheme. They wanted to include both their heritages and the fact that they were marrying in London, a city they were very fond of, in their wedding day.
The bride arrived with her family in vintage Rolls Royces and after the ceremony, guests enjoyed champagne and canapes on the front lawn of Two Temple Place.
Dinner was served upstairs, where the couple had named the tables after rivers they had lived by. Each table was dressed with a photo of them when they lived by this river, and a short explanation. This provided a great talking point amongst the mixture of guests.
After dinner, guests enjoyed the short stroll across the road to the Savoy Pier where they boarded the Silver Barracuda. Cocktails were served and speeches said as the boat set sail.
After this a cheese and dessert buffet was served while guests were entertained by the band and a magician.
